Student involvement in group activities is an important part of student life. Here at Sacred Heart, we offer students as many opportunities as possible to be active in both athletic and academic activities.
Sacred Heart School is a member of the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA). Students must follow all rules regarding eligibility set forth by the AHSAA. Athletes are expected to demonstrate Christian values and represent Sacred Heart School in a positive manner during all athletic meets. We strive to help them build a strong character while learning the value of teamwork.

The Junior Beta Club also sponsors the school store, The Cardinal's Nest, which carries school supplies, snacks, and more. The store operates before and after school for our students. Membership is by invitation only but, for more information about Junior and Senior Beta Clubs, you may contact the main office for the sponsors or visit http://www.betaclub.org.
Sacred Heart School is proud to have a group of talented students involved with musical and drama performances. They are under the direction of Ms. Sandra Pullen, though many other staff members and parents work very hard to help create sets, design and make costumes, and design programs and tickets. Students are involved in the creative process from start to finish. For more information on the choral and drama productions, contact Ms. Pullen or the main office at 256-237-4231, ext. 1.
